Do you have housing-related questions and don't know who to call at PHFA?
English- and Spanish-speaking representatives are available to help you. Whether you are a renter, homebuyer, or homeowner, start your housing search with our Customer Solutions Center. Our customer service representatives are trained on all of PHFA's housing programs. They can answer your questions, help you find information on our website, and mail you program brochures related to renting, doing a housing search, housing counseling and education, homeownership, and foreclosure prevention.
If you have a PHFA loan and your questions require specialized help, our customer service team can get you to the right person quickly. Also, our contact center staff is knowledgeable about housing resources outside PHFA and can often provide you with supplemental housing resources.
